Stoll launches weaving and knitting machine

Stoll has introduced a CMS330TC-T weaving machine with an additional needle bed. The machine is 72 inches wide and has a stitch length of E6.2 and E7.2. It is a jersey-wearable product with a stitching distance of E2 and E14 using a 3-system and an additional needle bed. It can be transferred by an additional needle bed. The use of an additional needle bed during transfer can save production time because the knitting and retracting can be carried out simultaneously in one trip of the carriage.

In addition, Stoll has developed a special set of ribbed openings for this machine and is applying for a patent. In all of the needle-woven fabrics, the number of stitches in the rib is 66% to 80%. Of course, this machine can also be woven on a general woven wearable sweater, which is woven with a thicker yarn every other stitch. If all the woven fabrics are knitted into a product, the unilateral tissue and its combination with the small mesh structure, the plain weave tissue, the mesh tissue, the floating jacquard and the intarsia tissue can be woven. All patterns are single-sided with a convex coil on the surface. Like other woven wearable machines from Stoll, this machine can also be woven into fully formed garments.
