New technology of molybdenum and rhodium dressing

Molybdenum because of its excellent physical and chemical properties and is widely used in steel, catalysts, lubricants, pigments and other industries. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the application of molybdenum chemical products is also rapidly expanding, and the requirements for products are becoming more and more strict. In order to obtain higher quality products, the requirements of raw materials for manufacturers are also increasing. Bismuth rare nature separate deposits, associated mainly tungsten, lead, zinc, copper, tin, iron and other metal deposits. The recovery of low-grade molybdenum and its effective separation from other associated minerals is one of the problems in mineral processing . The Shizhuyuan polymetallic ore is a world-class extra-large tungsten-molybdenum-niobium deposit with many kinds of useful minerals, uneven and fine-grained intergranular size, large difference in selectivity of different minerals, complicated process of recycling molybdenum tantalum and tungsten and recycling. The rate is low. Our institute has researched and developed a new comprehensive beneficiation technology, the Shizhuyuan method, which has solved the problem of mineral processing technology . Using the persimmon bamboo method, the grade of molybdenum concentrate was increased by 1.77%, the recovery rate was increased by 2.86%, the grade of antimony concentrate was increased by 9.02%, and the recovery rate was increased by 12.64%. The project won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
The sulfide ore of the Tieshan Tungsten Mine and the fine mud treatment system contain useful minerals such as chalcopyrite, sphalerite, molybdenite, stibnite and pyrite , making it difficult to separate effectively. A large amount of cyanide (about 10 tons per year) is used, and cyanide is highly toxic, and there are problems such as procurement, storage, use, and environmental protection of cyanide. After a lot of research, our hospital can replace cyanide with non-toxic agents, and the selection index can be greatly improved. Comprehensive test indicators: copper concentrate contains 25.68% copper, copper recovery rate is 91.78%; zinc concentrate contains 49.06% zinc, zinc recovery rate is 63.43%; molybdenum concentrate contains 47.45% molybdenum and molybdenum recovery rate is 79.19%;é“‹32.36%, é“‹ recovery rate is 58.46%; total recovery of silver in copper, zinc, molybdenum and bismuth concentrates is 86.00%.
