2015 Autodesk Excellence in Infrastructure Global Winners Announced

Public Company Information: NASDAQ: ADSK SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK), in collaboration with CGarchitect, a leading online magazine and community for design and visualization professionals, has announced the winners of the 2015 Autodesk Excellence in Infrastructure Competition. This annual event celebrates innovative uses of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in civil infrastructure projects across the globe. Now in its fourth year, the competition recognized Arup as the first-place winner, Ramboll – Parsons Brinckerhoff Joint Venture as second, and HNTB as third, for their outstanding work on transit and bridge projects. CivilE, LLC received the small project award, while Dawn Digital Pvt. Ltd. was honored with the visualization award. Amar Hanspal, Senior Vice President at Autodesk, praised the winning entries, highlighting how BIM is transforming the way infrastructure projects are designed and executed. “These projects showcase how BIM can streamline complex workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a project,” he said. The competition, managed by CGarchitect and co-sponsored by Autodesk and HP, received over 40 submissions from around the world. Projects covered a wide range of infrastructure types, including airports, ports, bridges, rail systems, roads, water resources, and more. Judges evaluated entries based on innovation, use of technology, sustainability, and the effectiveness of BIM implementation. Winners will be celebrated at Autodesk University 2015 in Las Vegas this December. **First Place: Arup** Arup took first place for its work on the MTR Shatin to Central Link, a 17km railway expansion in Hong Kong. The project involved constructing tunnels, underground stations, and ventilation structures in one of the most densely populated areas of the city. Using BIM allowed the team to manage complex data and ensure seamless coordination among multiple disciplines. **Second Place: Ramboll – Parsons Brinckerhoff Joint Venture** This joint venture won second place for its work on the Transport for London Hammersmith Flyover. The 622m-long structure, built over 50 years ago, required significant strengthening. Laser scanning and BIM were used to create accurate models, ensuring precision in the design and construction process. **Third Place: HNTB** HNTB was recognized for its work on the Sixth Street Viaduct in Los Angeles. This groundbreaking bridge features a unique arch design and required advanced seismic analysis. BIM played a key role in coordinating engineering, architecture, and construction efforts. **Small Projects Award: CivilE, LLC** CivilE, LLC, a small firm based in Texas, won for its work on the Walnut Park Apartment development. Despite the project’s size, BIM helped streamline collaboration and improve efficiency, proving that even smaller firms can benefit from digital tools. **Visualization Award: Dawn Digital Pvt. Ltd.** Dawn Digital was honored for its stunning visualization of the Godrej BKC office building in Mumbai. Their high-quality animation captured the essence of the project, blending aesthetics with functionality to create an engaging visual experience. Autodesk continues to support innovation in design and engineering, empowering professionals worldwide to bring their ideas to life. Stable Isotope Materials

Stable isotopes are naturally occurring isotopes that cannot be detected by current technical means. They are widely used in research and production fields such as nuclear power industry, medicine, food, agriculture, ecology, and geology.

The stable boron isotopes developed and produced by ZSEM mainly include boron 10 acid, boron 11, boron trifluoride complexes, etc., which can be used as Nuclear Power Safety Materials, semiconductor chip manufacturing process materials, and biopharmaceuticals.
