Autodesk Completes Acquisition of Delcam

The deal, announced on November 7, 2013, was valued at £20.75 per share, totaling approximately £172.5 million (~USD $286 million), and was funded using non-U.S.-based cash. Delcam will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Autodesk, maintaining its independent structure and business operations.
