Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -We prefer 100% advance payment.

-Orders under USD10,000 must be fully paid in advance.

-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most business.

-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60-day term may be accepted after negotiation.

-L/C with more than 60-day terms will not be accepted.

-D/P at sight is acceptable after negotiation, while others are not.

-D/A and O/A are not acceptable.

-Partial payment is negotiable, but we usually require at least 30% advance, with the balance paid before shipment.


Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Typical lead time is 45-60 days, depending on order quantity and production schedule.

-Lead time starts from the date of receiving L/C or advance payment as per contract.

-Some urgent orders can be fulfilled within 30 days or even faster upon approval.


Q: Do we have minimum order requirements?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value is USD2,000.
