The system offers various metering feeders, including single-screw, twin-screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. The new parallel three-axis drive design integrates the conveyor axis, chain, deceleration, and torque into a compact unit, with key bearings imported for enhanced performance. The lubrication system combines soaking and spraying for smooth operation. Gear teeth are hardened to ensure high torque, precision, and low noise.
High-quality materials are used for drive components, including super alloy cementite steel, which undergoes cementation and grinding for improved strength and longevity. The control cabinet has a frame structure, and all electrical components, temperature control systems, and driving systems are imported. The machine includes interlock and multi-protection features, using an imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) for optimized process control, ensuring stability and accuracy. It also supports full-set link-lock protection, trouble safeguard, and fault alarm functions. The touch screen interface is user-friendly and intuitive.
