The TSE series twin screw extruder is engineered with two co-rotating screws. It ensures excellent dispersion and distribution of raw materials during the thermo-melting process through high-speed mixing elements inside the barrel. Working Principle
Once the materials are loaded into the hopper, they are evenly fed into the extruder’s screw barrel via the feed screw. The synchronized high-speed rotation of the twin screws transports and melts the material, enabling optimal blending and dispersion of multi-component mixtures under thermal conditions.

1. Screw segments and kneading blocks are designed using 3D-CAD/CAM to maintain uniform clearance between the screws during operation, ensuring self-cleaning and no residue buildup.
