1. Where is your location?
We are located in Qingdao City, China, close to Liuting Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach our company.

7. New Product Development Process
Receive tooling and sample orders with 50% deposit → Hold a meeting with relevant departments to ensure development schedule → Design pattern, fixture, and gauge in-house → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Send out sample with initial inspection report.
8. What is the manufacturing lead time?
Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval by you.
The lead time includes the general production period and transportation time. We can arrange special production if needed.
9. What basis can we buy goods on?
We typically offer FOB and CIF (Carriage, Insurance & Freight). CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. We handle clearance, but all local costs and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We can provide shipping advice if needed.
10. What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable, especially for long-term customers. Initially, 50% of the tooling fee is required upfront, with the balance due upon sample acceptance. Production orders can be negotiated. We prefer 50% deposit and the rest via T/T before shipment, though T/T 30 days after shipment is also acceptable.
11. Which currencies do you accept?
We deal in USD, Euro, and GBP.
12. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?
Approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance, totaling 6-7 weeks. 2 weeks for the East Coast and 3 weeks for the West Coast of the U.S. All sea shipments leave from Qingdao Port.
13. How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?
Approximately 7 days to major destinations.
14. Can we visit the factory for an audit?
Yes, we welcome factory visits with prior arrangement.
15. How do we maintain client confidentiality?
We are happy to sign Confidentiality Agreements and will honor them.

No minimum volume requirement, but higher volumes are more economical due to fixed import costs. Each customer is assessed individually to determine viability.

We operate in two main areas: one for construction precast components including lifting systems and rigging hardware, and another for custom metal parts such as sand castings, investment castings, lost foam castings, hot and cold forgings, stampings, machined parts, and injection-molded plastics.
