We are located in Qingdao City, China, close to Liuting Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach our company.

6. How long does it take to receive samples?
a) Pattern: 30–45 days after order.
b) Sample: 30 days after pattern completion.
c) Lead time includes general production but not transportation.
7. New Product Development Process:
Tooling and sample orders with 50% deposit – Meeting with relevant departments to ensure schedule – Design pattern, fixtures, and gauges – Purchase mold steel – Machining – Inspection – Send out sample with initial inspection report.
8. How long is the manufacturing lead time?
Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval.
Lead time includes general production and transportation. Special arrangements can be made if needed.
9. What basis can we buy goods?
We generally offer FOB and CIF pricing. CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port.
We assist with customs clearance, which must be handled by a local freight forwarder.
All local costs and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
10. What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable, especially for long-term customers.
For initial orders, we request 50% tooling fee in advance, with the balance upon sample acceptance.
Production orders can be negotiated. We prefer 50% deposit and balance via T/T before shipment. Sometimes T/T 30 days after shipment is acceptable.
11. Which currency can we use?
We deal in USD, Euro, and GBP.
12. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?
Approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance, totaling 6–7 weeks.
2 weeks to the East Coast and 3 weeks to the West Coast of the U.S.
All sea shipments leave from Qingdao Port.
13. How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?
About 7 days to major destinations.
14. Can we visit the factory for an audit?
Yes, we welcome visits to our partner factory with prior arrangement.
