4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, serving as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers alter the rotational path into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transferring these motions to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
