4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen is powered by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on both top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
