About 200 boxes are produced every day, with a monthly production volume of 2,000 tons. This year, the output value can reach 37.8 million yuan. It is understood that Beiqi Foton Automotive Parts Foundry Center is a key project in Hebei Province with a total investment of nearly 3.7 billion yuan. It mainly produces components for Mercedes-Benz heavy-duty engines, Foton Cummins Engines, Foton Aoling Engines, and Beijing Automotive Group's engine products. The project is constructed in three phases. The first phase of the investment is 1.995 billion yuan, covers an area of ​​468.6 acres, and produces 95,000 tons of automobile engine castings annually. At present, the first phase of the project has been officially operational, with an actual production capacity of 60,000 tons per year. The first-phase and second-phase construction of the project will also start. It is planned to build a new 35,000-ton engine casting production line on the north side of the new plant. By 2014, the engine casting production capacity will reach approximately 95,000 tons, which will satisfy the needs of Foton Group in the short term.
