What problems will the screw pump encounter during use?
Poor pumping is a common problem with screw pumps. There are several causes and solutions:
one. The screw pump vibrates violently. The cause of this problem may be the imbalance of the electric rotor, or problems with other internal parts. Need to adjust, repair, reinforce or replace internal parts.
two. Screw pump packing is overheated. This is mainly due to the over-tightening of the packing pressure so that cold water cannot enter the packing. It is also possible that the shaft surface is damaged. Can properly relax the packing, clear the plug seal. It should be noted that if the packing wears out, it must be replaced.
three. The screw pump line leaks or leaks. This may be due to the nuts being not tightened during installation. If the leak is serious, it must be disassembled and reinstalled. When it is not serious, you can apply grout to the leak. If the joint leaks, simply tighten the nut by hand.
four. Screw pump does not absorb or drain. Most of the reasons are that the bottom valve is stuck, the filter water is partially blocked, the water absorption height is too high or the water absorption leaks. Other reasons may be misdirection and blockage of the impeller passage. This situation requires the inspection of the screw pump, taking measures according to the specific situation.
