3003 Aluminum Pipe
3003 aluminum pipes are commonly used in applications that require high plasticity and excellent weldability. They are ideal for low-load components operating in liquid or gaseous environments, such as fuel lines, lubrication pipelines, and small load parts made from deep-drawn structures. These pipes are also used for rivet wiring and other similar purposes.

Characteristics
3003 is an Al-Mn alloy, the most widely used rust-proof aluminum grade. It has moderate strength (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened through heat treatment. Instead, its mechanical properties are improved through cold working. In the annealed state, it exhibits high plasticity. When semi-cold worked, it still maintains good formability. However, when fully cold worked, its plasticity decreases. It offers good corrosion resistance, excellent welding performance, but has poor machinability.
Applications
3003 aluminum tubes have excellent formability, solubility, and corrosion resistance. They are suitable for parts requiring good forming and weldability, or where both properties are necessary. Compared to 1xxx series alloys, they offer slightly higher strength. Common uses include storage tanks for liquid products, pressure vessels, pipelines, heat exchangers, cosmetic containers, photocopier drums, and shipbuilding materials.
