Features of PP/PE + Pigment Color Masterbatch Extruder Machine
The screw is made of high-quality tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 through special heat treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features an optimized reflux cooling channel, which minimizes temperature differences in the D areas. The innovative heater tightening design ensures efficient heat transfer and long-lasting performance. The material used is high-quality nitrided steel, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-friction after appropriate processing.
Various metering feeders are available — single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. A new-style parallel three-axis drive system integrates the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque, ensuring compact design and using imported key bearings. Soaking and spraying lubrication work smoothly together. The gear tooth face strengthening ensures high torque, precision, and low noise. The selected materials for drive components include high-performance alloy cementite steel, hardened and ground for superior quality. The frame structure control cabinet includes imported electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems. It features interlock and multi-protection functions. An imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) enables optimized process control with strong functionality, stable performance, and higher accuracy. Full-set link-lock protection, trouble safeguard, and fault alarm guidance can also be implemented. The touch screen operation interface is visually clear and easy to use.
