The rotary disc crusher includes transmission, support sleeve, adjustment sleeve, eccentric sleeve, bowl bearing, crushing cone, distributor, liner, spring insurance and lubrication (Fig. 1). The rotational motion of the motor is transmitted to the eccentric sleeve through the pulley, the drive shaft and the bevel gear, causing it to rotate around the center line of the crusher. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, the crushing cone supported on the spherical bearing rotates around the fixed point, so that the lower liner sometimes approaches and then leaves the upper liner. Whenever the lower liner leaves the upper liner, the material from the distributor enters the grinding chamber from above, and the material is broken by the swinging movement of the body, and the pressure generated by the height of the material in the grinding chamber gradually makes the material gradually outward. Advance, and finally discharged through the grinding chamber from the discharge opening in the lower part of the crushing cone.
