Principle process of molybdenum metallurgy

Most of the current molybdenum metallurgical raw material for Fai molybdenum concentrate. The main task of handling Hui molybdenum concentrate molybdenum sulfide is converted to oxide industry, as a raw material steel industry. At the same time, part of the industrial oxide is purified into a pure molybdenum compound, and then metal molybdenum is obtained. In addition, comprehensive recovery of molybdenum concentrate Hui valuable metals rhenium is also one of its important tasks. In order to accomplish the above tasks, the principle process adopted in the current industry is summarized as shown in the following figure.

The first stage of the process is to convert molybdenum sulphide to molybdenum oxide or crude molybdate, the main method used is oxidative roasting. In addition, various wet oxidation methods have also been popularized and applied in recent years. About 80% of the molybdenum oxide (molybdenum calcine) obtained in the first stage is directly used in the steel industry, and the remaining part and the solution obtained by wet oxidation are purified and purified. The purification method varies depending on the composition of the raw material (molybdenum oxide or solution) and the user's requirements, and may be sublimed, classical wet, extracted or ion exchanged. A part of the pure molybdenum compound obtained by purification is directly used as an industrial product, and a part of the pure molybdenum powder is reduced by hydrogen.

Introduction:
RHD series honeycomb dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics. A honeycomb-rotor is used to offer
effective drying, which under ideal conditions, can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40°C.This series comprises 15 models of honeycomb dehumidifiers, the largest of which can provide dry air up to a quantity of 4,000 m3/hr.

Features:
Adopts P.I.D. temperature controller to accurately control regenerative temperature.

The dehumidifying system of the RHD series features two coolers to ensure a low return air temperature and low dew-point.

Return air filter is mounted inside to ensure no contamination to the honeycomb.

Adopt silica gel absorption honeycomb, with low regenerative temperature of 150°C, which can save more energy compared with molecular sieve structure with regenerative temperature of 200°C above.

Centralized automatic control can be realized by optionally selected PLC touch screen controller.

Optionally select dew-point monitor to realize dew-point real-time monitoring.

Optionally select drying heater and its temperature controller to work with drying hopper for material dehumidifying and drying.

Optional heat-resistant air pipe, cyclone dust separator with floor stand, oil filter is available.

Molecular sieve honeycomb rotor is optional to reach -50°C dew-point to the honeycomb.
