First, insulation and screen protection

In order to avoid accidents such as short-circuit or electric shock between the charged bodies or the contact of the charged body with the human body and other electrical conductors, the charged body must be insulated. The insulation performance of electrical equipment is mainly measured by indicators such as insulation resistance and compressive strength.

In order to prevent the human body from approaching or touching the charged body, it is the screen protector to isolate the charged body with a cover, a shield, a cover, and the like. Screen protection device made of a metal material to be charged with good insulating body and connected to ground or zero.

Second, the safety distance

In order to prevent accidental people and vehicles from approaching the charged body and preventing electrical short-circuit and discharge, it is required to maintain a certain safe distance between the charged body and other devices and facilities, which is referred to as the distance.

In the open pit mine, the height of the high-voltage transmission line and the maximum height of various mechanical equipment shall not be less than 2 meters, and the low-voltage transmission line shall not be less than 1 meter.

Third, the current carrying capacity

The current carrying capacity is the amount of current passing through the conductive part of the guide wire or equipment. If the amount of current passing exceeds the safe current carrying capacity, it will cause severe heat generation, which may damage the insulation, damage the equipment (wire), and may even cause a fire. Therefore, when selecting and installing lines and equipment, the maximum current during normal operation must not exceed the safe current carrying capacity.

Fourth, the safety signs

The electrical safety signs are for warning purposes and are distinguished by various properties or uses. Warnings are generally used for warning signs, such as "someone works, no electricity is allowed". Representing different properties or uses is generally indicated by a different color.

We also called solenoid armature as solenoid valve armature, solenoid valve stem, solenoid valve core, solenoid Plunger Tube Assembly, solenoid armature tube assembly, Solenoid Armature Assembly, Electromagnetic Valve armature, etc, but all in all, the solenoid armature looks like an opener and closer even like a head in the solenoid valve.

The armature can be divided into four parts roughly, they are fixed core(who with or without shading ring depending on DC or AC voltage type), plunger tube and tube base(has option of stainless steel and brass), mobile plunger(installed with inner and outer spring, top and bottom seal).

The fixed core and movable plunger are made of high magnetic stainless iron, such as 430FR, has good performance of attraction and rust-proof. During production, we doing inspection after each procedure.

The plunger tube is made of H62 brass or seamless 304 stainless steel, the wall thickness from 0.20mm to 2.5mm available. All raw material is inspected before put them into our warehouse.

The plunger tube base is made of H59 brass or 304 stainless steel, with high performance, also we inspected each lot before put them in warehouse.

According to application requirement, choose suitable welding to connect each part, such as laser soldering, argon-arc welding, silver soldering.

The seal can be NBR, Viton, EPDM, Silicon, Teflon, etc. All can be customized as your requirement.
