One Side PE Paper Cup Machine

The Features of the Machine:

1. The high-speed paper cup forming machine is equipped with two turntables, an open intermittent indexing cam mechanism, and gear transmission, along with a longitudinal axis structure. The cam is manufactured in Korea.

2. The entire machine uses an automatic lubrication system, ensuring all mechanical parts operate smoothly and efficiently.

3. The bottom sealing is done using hot air devices, making the process highly efficient. The hot air device is imported from Switzerland.

4. This new model has a higher working speed (100pcs/min) compared to the RD-12/22 machine. It includes an additional Swiss Leister hot air device for side sealing, allowing both hot air and ultrasonic methods to be used for sealing.

5. The cup side sealing is done using ultrasonic technology, provided by Evergreen, which is made in Taiwan.

6. The cup top curling process involves two steps—rotary curling and heating shaping—which results in a more stable and visually appealing cup with a round and smooth appearance.

7. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, sensor failure detection, and automatically stops if any issues occur, significantly improving operational safety and reducing labor costs. Components like the PLC, touch screen, inverter, temperature controller, and sensors are all made in Korea.

8. All bearings of the machine are made in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is also made in Japan (SMC brand).

9. The machine offers improved efficiency and better performance.

10. It is easy to produce cups of different sizes by simply changing the molds.

11. The machine comes with an automatic cup delivery system and counter for convenience.

12. Compared to the RD-12/22 model, this machine is more compact and has a smaller footprint.
