A collision occurred on Thursday morning involving an empty school bus at the intersection of Shermer Road and Church Street. The incident happened around 8:30 a.m., and while no students were aboard, the crash still raised concerns among local residents and officials.
The scene showed significant damage to an SUV that was involved in the accident. According to eyewitnesses, the bus appeared to have been traveling at a moderate speed when it collided with the vehicle. Emergency crews arrived quickly and assessed the situation before clearing the area.
Although no injuries were reported, the crash has prompted a police investigation to determine the cause. Authorities are urging drivers to remain cautious, especially during morning rush hour.
