Lockport Township Fire Protection District news (more)

Just got the meeting notes from Lockport Fire Protection District’s BOT session on January 25th, 2023. Looks like they’ve started the bidding process for a brand-new ARFF (Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting) vehicle. They also seem to have reached an agreement with Seagrave concerning the tower ladder, which is great news. On another note, they’re planning to surplus a 2014 ambulance, which might be something worth keeping an eye on if you're into emergency vehicles.

By the way, I was thinking about the ARFF vehicle they’re getting. It's always exciting when departments upgrade their fleet with state-of-the-art equipment. Hopefully, this new addition will enhance their operational capabilities significantly. And surplus-ing that 2014 ambulance could be a good opportunity for someone looking for affordable but reliable emergency transport.
