This PET flakes pelletizing line is designed with SHJ series parallel twin screw extruders, ideal for producing high-quality PET granules from clean PET flakes. The system includes a parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. It can also be used for other materials such as PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. The SHJ series extruders are specially engineered for processing PET bottles, flakes, PVC, plastic sheets, and other crushed materials. They offer excellent performance, high output, low energy consumption per kilogram, and user-friendly operation.
Structure of the PET flakes pelletizing line:
Stage 1: Single screw extruder
Stage 2: SJ low-speed single screw extruder. Both units are vertically arranged.
