A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: It usually takes 30–60 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact time depends on the items and order quantity.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also create molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply samples if we have stock available. However, the customer must cover the sample cost and shipping fees.

A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing before delivery.
