Successfully developed the pumping unit reducer bearing assembly platform in Shengli Oilfield

Recently, the comprehensive brigade of Shengpan Oilfield's Linpan Oil Production Plant has successfully developed a specialized assembly platform for the bearings of pumping gear energy-saving reducers. This innovative solution has effectively addressed long-standing challenges in the field, generating an annual economic benefit of over 500,000 yuan. The installation of the 22311-type bearing used in the oil well pumping unit's energy-saving reducer was previously a difficult and time-consuming task. The traditional method was not only labor-intensive and slow but also prone to damaging the shaft or the bearing itself. To tackle this issue, staff members Wang Yong and Gao Fayong applied the working principle of a jack to design and develop an efficient assembly platform. This new tool has significantly improved the installation process, making it much faster and safer. Since its implementation, the platform has proven to be highly effective. It increases work efficiency by three times compared to the traditional method, while completely eliminating damage to the shaft or bearings during installation. As a result, the overall quality of the installation has been greatly improved, and the physical burden on workers has been significantly reduced. This innovation not only enhances operational efficiency but also contributes to cost savings and long-term maintenance benefits.
