Recently, commissioned by the AQSIQ, the China Metrology Association organized an expert group to review the outline. After full discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed that all six outlines passed the review. This is the first time that a number of type evaluation agencies have formulated a temporary type evaluation program for use across the country after review by the expert group. It is an important supplement to the type evaluation technical specification and an exploratory work. The temporary type evaluation outline first solved the problem of the existence of type evaluation plans, strengthened the construction of type evaluation laboratories, and promoted the development of type evaluation work. After the introduction of formal type evaluation technical specifications, the corresponding provisional type evaluation plans were automatically invalidated.
