In response to customer complaints about the product’s whiteness and color point not meeting their production standards, the company identified 16 key production challenges, including gas stripping tower flow optimization and polymerizer bottom adjustments. Director Leng Ming led a dedicated quality improvement team to tackle these issues head-on. After several months of transformation, the product’s aging whiteness increased from 74% to 85%, meeting high-grade requirements. The absorption of 100g of plasticizer rose from less than 20% to over 23%, and the first-grade product rate jumped from 60% to 99%.
Last year, following a production capacity expansion, the company’s resin output increased from 30,000 tons to 80,000 tons. Despite this significant growth, the product maintained a zero inventory status, proving the effectiveness of both quality improvements and operational efficiency. This achievement not only strengthened the company's market position but also reinforced its reputation as a reliable and innovative supplier in the industry.
