On November 8, Zhang Weigang, a farmer from Zhangzhuang Village in Quzhou County, replaced a 6-year-old electric circulating pump on his heating stove with a new device called the "super-powered non-electric circulation pump." This innovative pump was developed by Xu Yongzhi, a farmer from Shitou Village in the same county. Since its introduction, it has been widely adopted by hundreds of local households.
Currently, most heating stoves on the market rely on traditional thermal cycling systems. However, these systems often suffer from issues such as slow heat circulation, poor heating efficiency, and significant energy waste. To address these challenges, Xu Yongzhi, a farmer known for his inventive spirit, began working on a solution. Using his own experience and practical knowledge, he spent years designing and testing various prototypes.
After numerous iterations and improvements, Xu finally created a water circulation pump that operates without electricity. Named the "super-powered heating circulation pump," it uses the heat generated by the stove to accelerate water circulation. This device is not only energy-efficient but also durable, low-cost, and easy to maintain. It significantly improves the heat transfer efficiency of the stove, reduces high-temperature flue gas emissions, and expands the cooling area, effectively solving the problem of cold radiators.
Xu Yongzhi, who is 44 years old, has already made a name for himself in the field of heating technology. He holds a national patent for his "multi-functional heat-switching heating furnace" and has successfully developed and marketed the "Yongchun" heating furnace, which is now sold in cities like Handan and Xingtai. His latest invention continues to bring innovation and practical benefits to rural communities, proving that even farmers can make a big impact through creativity and perseverance.
