Muffle furnace use:

Muffle furnace installation:

1. The muffle furnace does not require special installation. It only needs to be placed flat on the floor or on the bench. The controller shall be placed on the workbench, the inclination of the worktable shall not exceed 5 degrees. The minimum distance of the controller from the electric furnace shall not be less than 0.5 meters. The controller shall not be placed on the electric furnace so as not to affect the normal operation of the controller.

2. The power line connected to the controller and the electric furnace, the load capacity of the switch and the fuse should be slightly larger than the rated power of the electric furnace.

3. When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller housing, then turn the cover up, connect the power cord as shown in the figure, the connection between the controller and the furnace, and the thermocouple connecting wire (preferably using the compensation wire) Insert the thermocouple into the furnace from the small hole of the thermocouple fixing seat. The gap between the hole and the thermoelectric is plugged with asbestos rope and then fixed. (Note: The phase of the power supply and the neutral line cannot be reversed. For the sake of safety, the controller Both the furnace and the electric furnace must be grounded reliably.)

4. After checking the wiring is correct, you can turn on the power, first close the power switch, then pull the toggle switch on the controller panel to the open position, adjust the setting button, set the temperature to the degree you need, if Pull the setting switch to the measurement position, the red light is extinguished (NO), there is also a contact sound of the contactor, the electric furnace is energized, the current meter indicates the heating current value, and the temperature rises gradually as the temperature in the furnace rises, indicating that the work is normal.

When the temperature rises to the set desired temperature, the red light goes off (NO), the green light goes on (YES), and the electric furnace automatically shuts off and stops heating. Later, when the temperature in the furnace falls slightly, the green light goes out and the red light goes on. The electric furnace is automatically energized again and again and again to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the furnace temperature.

5. In order to check whether the damage protection device is working properly, the method is: loose one end of the thermocouple, at this time the temperature measurement indicator quickly rose to the highest point also automatically cut off the heating power, then the broken device is good, reconnect a good thermocouple After working properly.
