Using PSA technology, the ETR PSA Oxygen Concentrator can produce 93%±3% purity oxygen gas directly from compressed air. Compared with traditional bulk liquid oxygen and cylinder oxygen, ETR on-site PSA oxygen generators can reduce costs by up to 50%.

Compressed air is purified through an air dryer and filters to a certain level before being used by the main generator. An air buffer is included to ensure a smooth supply of compressed air, reducing fluctuations in the air source. The generator produces oxygen using PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, a time-tested method for oxygen generation. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to an oxygen buffer tank for a steady supply of product gas. Oxygen in the buffer tank is maintained at 4 bar pressure.
