INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production

Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for most media carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are specifically tailored to match automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can customize it according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connecting and disconnecting faster and easier. The operation space required is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing for high-density arrangements and greater design flexibility.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings that are resistant to fluid physics and chemistry, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, and synthetic rubber O-rings are used to enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect the two connectors. Then, pull back to ensure a complete connection. For repair or removal, first push the male connector and press the clip button, which expands the lock, making it easy to pull out the connector. Note: Use SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication before reseating.
