Kzl Straightening Granulator for Medicine
INTRODUCTION:
1.It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food industries.
2.With reasonable design, it can crush brittle material.
3.Sifting through special screen mesh in the function of the centrifugal force.Â
4.Solid particles and large blacks are crushed by friction filter.
5.The equipment can replace rotary granulator in some cases.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Adding raw material from feeding hopper and fixing the granulating knives. The material goes into the sieve room and touches screen mesh of high rotating speed. The fixed granulating knives crush larger particles by centrifugal force. The whole progress is finished when the required material put out.

With the design of easy installation and maintenance, the granulator is constructed with quality stainless steel to meet GMP standard. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size and rotating speed.

Packing details:
We usually use wooden case for package.(Size: L*W*H).
Wooden case can be fumigated as customer's requirement.
If the container is compact,we will use PE film to protect it.
Don't worry the machine will move in the container.
