DC conduction principle:

In general, the direct current conduction structure is relatively simple. It consists of magnetic poles, electrodes, and pump channels. The direct current direction is perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field, and the left-hand rule generates electromagnetic force to drive the flow of the metal solution to change the magnetic pole or electrode pole. AC conduction electromagnetic pump working principle:

The AC conduction electromagnetic pump consists of electrodes, cores, main and auxiliary coils and pump channels. When the main coil is connected to the power frequency alternating current, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the air gap of the iron core. The alternating magnetic field acts on the metal in the pump groove and the alternating magnetic field generated in the iron core induces the secondary coil on the iron core. , and in the secondary coil on the induced electromotive force, the electrode and the liquid metal circuit will have alternating current, at any moment the direction of the magnetic field in the pump groove effective direction and the direction of the current through the liquid metal according to the left-hand rule to determine the resulting electromagnetic force The direction is certain, electromagnetic force drives the directional flow of liquid metal in the pump channel.

Electromagnetic metering pump:
