  Verification
 1. Electric contact pressure gauge is actually gauge control circuit switch,
is only one more on normal pressure gauge electric contact signal device,
as a result, the pressure of calibration and verification of ordinary pressure
gauge is the same, only a partial certified pressure, still need to increase the
verification for the electric contact signal device.
 2. Steps for the verification of electric contact pressure gauges.
 The pressure gauge is mounted on the calibrator, and the two signal contact
pointer is set to the upper limit and lower limit by the dial needle, and then the
indicator test is carried out.Certified value, the upper and lower limits of the signal
contact pointer is scheduled for more than three different check point, slowly
increase or reduce the pressure, until the signal instantaneous, the standard
pressure gauge readings and signal pointer value, the deviation between the
absolute value of basic error must not exceed the allowed.

positive, and the contact is calibrated vertically to the appropriate signal.
 Contact metal rod looseness, should try to consolidate, slightly, use the appropriate amplification of the wire, increase the anti-torque of the silk, also have the effect.
 Electrical contact device does not signal: contact is too dirty contact;The insulation
layer of the signal device is damp;Circuit failure, etc.The contact is too dirty, sanded
with sandpaper to remove the dirt;The insulation layer is damp and dry with hot air;
The circuit is blocked and should be found and repaired.
