Copper Granulator Introduction:Â
The JLF series copper granulator is designed for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. The machine includes a crushing and separating system, along with an efficient dust collection system to produce clean copper and plastic pellets.
Copper Granulator Features:Â
The JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) copper granulator is ideal for medium-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wires pass through a high-pressure fan, and dust is cleaned before the vibrating separator separates clear copper and plastic pellets from different exits.

Copper Granulator Detail Instruction:Â
1.Shredding System:Â Shredding is the first step of the recycling process. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher that cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2.Separating system:Â The high-pressure fan sends crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. A screen inside separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3.Copper pellet outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit through this port.
4.Plastic pellet outlet:Â Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit through this port.
5.Dust Collector:Â The machine has an efficient dust collection system.
6.Electric control box:Â We provide an automatic control system, and customizations are available.Â
 
Copper Granulator Spare Parts&Related Machine:Â
Main spare parts include screens and blades. We typically supply one extra set of spare parts, including one screen and twelve blades for the JLF-400 model. We also recommend related machines based on the raw material to achieve optimal recycling results.
Pre-treatment Machines:Â
1. Cable stripper: If dealing with large multi-strand copper wires, it’s better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double shaft crusher: For long raw materials, it's helpful to cut them into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade sharpening machine: Blades need maintenance after prolonged use to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic conveyor: If there is iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can remove it to increase purity.
5. Belt conveyor: Provided for fully automated copper wire feeding systems.
Copper Granulator Packing&Shipping:
For the JLF-400 copper wire separator, we usually pack it with plastic films and a wooden case. Based on customer requirements, we can also ship the packed JLF-400 in a container.
