Copper GranulatorIntroduction:
The JLF series copper granulator is designed to recycle waste communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine integrates shredding and separation processes, along with an efficient dust collection system to produce clean copper and plastic pellets.
Copper GranulatorFeatures:
The JLF-400 (capacity: 200-250kg/h) is ideal for mid-sized factories. It completes the entire recycling process in a closed structure to prevent pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire passes through a high-pressure fan, and the dust is cleaned before the vibrating separator separates the copper and plastic pellets.

Copper GranulatorDetail Instruction:
1. Shredding System: Shredding is the first step of the recycling process. There are 14 moving blades inside the crusher, which cut scrap copper wires into small pellets of 5-8mm (depending on the raw material size).
2. Separating System: The high-pressure fan sends crushed copper and plastic pellets into the vibrating separator. A screen inside separates the copper and plastic pellets into different outlets.
3. Copper Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated copper pellets exit from this outlet.
4. Plastic Pellet Outlet: Crushed and separated plastic pellets exit from this outlet.
5. Dust Collector: The machine has an integrated dust collection system.
6. Electric Control Box: We usually provide an automatic control system with the machine, and we also accept custom control system requests.
Copper GranulatorSpare Parts & Related Machines:
The main spare parts of the copper wire recycling machine are the screen and moving blades. Normally, we supply one set of spare parts, including 1 screen and 12 blades, for the JLF-400 copper wire granulator. We also recommend appropriate related machines based on the raw material to achieve the best recycling results.
Pre-treatment Machines:
1. Cable Stripper: If dealing with large-diameter multi-strand copper wires, it's better to separate the cores before feeding them into the granulator.
2. Double Shaft Crusher: If the raw material is long, it's helpful to cut it into smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade Sharpening Machine: After long-term operation, the blades need maintenance to maintain sharpness.
4. Magnetic Conveyor: If there is a small amount of iron mixed in the copper wire, a magnetic conveyor can be added to remove the iron from the copper pellets for higher purity.
5. Belt Conveyor: Supplied for customers requiring fully automatic copper wire feeding.
Copper GranulatorPacking & Shipping:
For the JLF-400 copper wire separator, we typically pack it with plastic films and a plywood case. Based on customer requirements, we can also place the packed JLF-400 into a whole container.
