The Clean Energy Heat Source Plant is located at the intersection of Tonghai Avenue and Hongqi South Street in Anshan Economic Development Zone and occupies an area of ​​30,441.93 square meters. The project will fully utilize the sewage waste heat of the sewage treatment plant through the sewage source heat pump to raise the temperature for the circulating water and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

The project will construct a 252 MW centralized heating boiler room, install three 84 MW hot water boilers, and be equipped with 24 sewage source heat pumps. After the project is completed, it will solve the winter heating problem on the north of Renmin Road, west of the high-speed rail, both sides of Shenyang-Dalian high-speed highway and on both sides of E-Liu road and east of Anliu road, and 5.08 million square meters of area to the south.
