European Impact Crusher
European type impact crusher is mainly used in metallurgy, mining,
cement, chemical industry, refractory materials, ceramics and other industrial
sectors. It is widely used in highway construction, water conservancy
engineering, construction crushed stone, machine-made sand processing and other
fields, and is very suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores. Perform
coarse, medium, and fine crushing operations.
This machine is a crushing machine developed using impact energy to
crush materials. When the material enters the action zone of the plate hammer,
it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown towards
the impact device installed above the rotor to break again. Then, it bounces
back from the impact lining plate to the action zone of the plate hammer and
breaks again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the
required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine.
Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor frame can
achieve the goal of changing the particle size and shape of the material. This
machine adopts a spring safety device behind the impact plate. When non broken
objects enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact frames retreat,
and the non-broken objects are discharged from the machine.
