Basic information

Twin Screw Extruder of Series TSE is designed with two co-rotating screw-shafts. Raw materials are perfectly to be dispersed and distributed at thermo-melting status by precise kneading-elements with high speed in the barrel. Twin Screw Extruder is a very important equipment for powder coatings processing.

Principle

After the materials into the hopper, materials are uniformly feeding into the screw barrel of extruder though the feed screw , and then by syntropy high speed rotation of a pair of  screw to transport material to extrude and melting mix, which the multi-component materials achieving the best distribution and dispersion effect in the thermal conditions.

Features:

1. Screw segments and kneading blocks are designed and manufactured to be uniform clearance between two screw-shafts during operation by 3D-CAD&CAM. Self-wiping and no solidified particle.

2. Screw segments and kneading blocks on screw-shafts could be configured optimally according to technology requirements of powder coating processing.

3. Screw segments, kneading blocks, liners and shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel with heat-treatment and precise processing. Excellent performance, and long lifetime.

4. The barrel is designed with efficient heating/cooling system. Multiple temperature zones are precisely controlled within ±2ºC.

5. Gear box is designed with high-torque, low-noise, centralized lubricating and oil temperature control/alarm system.

6. Feeding system is designed with metering screw and anti-lag device. Homogeneous and accurate feeding. Metal separator is optional.

7. PLC and HMI are used for control with friendly interaction, easy to operate.

8.All processing parameters are recipe-mode managed (data storage, recall and modify).

Plastic Injection Mold is an assembly of parts containing within it an impression into which plastic material is injected and cooled. It's the impression which gives the moulding its form. The impression may, therefore, be defined as that part of the mould which imparts shape to the moulding.

The impression is formed by two mould members:

  1. The cavity, which is the female portion of the mould, gives the moulding its external form.
  2. The core, which is the male portion of the mould, forms the internal shape of the moulding.

Cavity and core plates: This is illustrated for a simple container, the basic mould, in this case, consists of two plates. Into one plate is sunk the cavity which shapes the outside form of the moulding and is therefore known as the cavity plate.

Similarly, the core which projects from the core plate forms the inside shape of the moulding. When the mould is closed, the two plates come together forming a space between the cavity and core which is the impression.
