Scania recently launched a series of marine propulsion units, including engines, at the annual Seawork show in Southampton, England. It is reported that the newly launched 13-liter marine engine for patrol boats has a power of 400-750 hp, which meets IMO II emission standards, EU IIIA standards, and US Tier 2 standards. When used to assist the engine, the engine has a maximum output of 426 kW and 1800 rpm.
