Mobile Type High Pressure Lubricating Oil Flushiing Washinng Device
The Mobile High-Pressure Lubricating Oil Flushing Washing Device is designed to clean and maintain oil systems efficiently. It includes the following main components: oil pumps, flow control valves, swirl washing units, coarse and fine filters, heaters, control systems, meters, and sampling valves. 1. Oil Pumps: These pumps can start and adjust the flow rate based on different power requirements, preventing delays in equipment checks. They pump the oil through the coarse and fine filters before delivering it to the device that needs cleaning. 2. Flow Control Valve: This valve regulates the outlet of the oil pump to meet the needs of large-capacity turbine washing operations. 3. Swirl Washing Unit: The oil pump sends the oil into this unit, creating a strong swirl that effectively cleans dirt from the inner surfaces of the pipes. 4. Coarse Filter: This filter removes particles larger than 10μm from the oil. 5. Magnetic Filter: It removes iron particles from the oil, ensuring cleaner and more efficient operation. 6. Fine Filter: This filter can remove particles smaller than 3μm without interrupting the device’s operation. 7. Heater: The heater increases the oil temperature for optimal flushing performance. 8. Control System: It manages the oil pump motor, heaters, and other critical components for smooth operation. 9. Meters: These include pressure and temperature gauges to monitor washing pressure, flow, and oil temperature in real time. 10. Sampling Valve: This allows for oil sampling and quality testing during the washing process. 11.
