The processing of detonating detonators and kits must be carried out in a specialized processing room or in a safer place. No idlers are allowed to operate.
When processing the detonator, first cut the fuse according to the required length, slowly insert the end of the hand into the fire tube, and then clamp the detonator with the detonator clamp to fix the fuse in the detonator. When a paper shell detonator is used, the insertion end of the fuse is generally wound with a cotton wire several times to make the diameter thicker so as to be closely matched with the paper shell detonator.
When processing the explosive charge package, first use a wooden stick to wear a hole in the center of the medicine package, insert the detonator with the fuse into the hole, and then bundle the medicine package with the cotton thread, so that the detonating detonator is firmly fixed in the medicine bag, and processing The process schematic is shown in Figure 1 (α), (b) is a cross-sectional view of the processed package.
