Application

• The function of the GCC series pipeline flushing machine is to remove pollutants caused by pipeline construction (installation) process, improving system's cleanliness so that oil cleanliness remains within the contamination tolerance level of key hydraulic components. This guarantees the reliability of the hydraulic system and extends the service life of its parts. It is a necessary measure to clear or minimize initial faults.

• Our GCC series pipeline flushing machine is designed for pipe flushing and load testing of hydraulic systems. It is especially applied in shipbuilding and metallurgical industries. The equipment features an attractive appearance, compact structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, and low working noise. It is particularly suitable for offline washing and testing operations of hydraulic system pipelines in large ships and metallurgical equipment.

• It is suitable for purifying media such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and diesel.

Feature

• This machine consists of a large flow capacity pump, oil tank, purification system, heater, meter, electric control cabinet, sampling valve, and other components.

During operation, connect the inlet and outlet of the machine to the inlet of the oil supply main on the oil system tank and the system to be flushed using temporary pipes, creating a temporary circulation system. The oil is drawn from the bottom of the oil tank by the large flow capacity pump and returns to the oil tank through a one-way valve, pressure overflow regulating valve, system to be washed, first filter, and second filter step by step.

• The oil flows and circulates in the pipelines at a certain pressure and flow rate, impacting and dislodging contaminants adhering to the inner walls of the pipelines. These contaminants are then removed by coarse and fine filters. Through the purification functions of the filters and continuous purification during flushing, the cleanliness of the oil in the pipeline meets operational standards. An online particle detector can be optionally included based on user requirements.
