Fuyao to enter the Russian automotive glass market

Fuyao Glass intends to register and establish a wholly-owned subsidiary “China Fuyao (Russia Kaluga California) Glass Industry Co., Ltd.” in the Volkswagen Industrial Park in Kaluga City, Kaluga, Russia. The Kaluga City Volkswagen Industrial Park is located in Moscow, the capital of Russia. About 150 kilometers southwest of the country, it is located on the road and railway main road leading from Moscow to Kiev, with a favorable geographical position and convenient transportation. The company invested 200 million U.S. dollars in the construction of a car safety glass project in the park. The company stated that the investment will further expand the company's production scale, further improve the company's sales and service capabilities, help the company better participate in the international market competition, and promote the company's sustained and stable development.
