The system is designed as a complete unit, including a Pressure-head Type Elbow Welding Machine, an Elevating Type Pipe Supporter, Column & Boom Type Welding Machine, Chuck-type Positioner, and Rail Skids. Each station is equipped with two welding heads, enabling efficient welding of pipe fittings, elbows, flanges, tees, and reducers.
With over 40 WPS programs stored in the control system, operators can easily select the appropriate welding procedure based on pipe diameter and wall thickness. The touch-screen interface simplifies the process, making it user-friendly and reducing training time.
