ZLH-20ZP automatic commutator welder is fit for welding the comm-utator of the motor of the power tool and the start motor of the automobile and motorcycle. The co-mplete machine is combination controlled by japan Mits-ubishi controller (PLC) and japan MITACHI inversion welding source. API stepping programmable indexing is adopted. Mitsubishi touch screen is taken for work, pieces of different material and thickness can be mem-orized. Three-stage galvanizing method is also adopted that it has the functions of slow rising and falling of the current. Function and Features
1. Keying-in the slot number is adequate for stepping indexing. (Pulseinterpolation program is provided. It is fit for the welding of the rotor of any slot number. )
2. Welding current, electrode voltage and welding power can be monitored at one time.
3. The counting function of production in one working this is offered. The system will give hint whether the welding bar need coping or not.
4. User parameters and code will be protected.
5. There are such three working states as auto, unit step and crawl. In addition, there are single-point and conti-nuous states.
6. It will automatically aim at the first slot. Moreover, it also can angle interpolate. (After the slot is aligned, it can rotate to the welding angle. The situation that one rotor need one frame can be avoided. )
